Some things don't last forever, but some things do. Like a good song, or a good book, or a good memory you can take out and unfold in your darkest times, pressing down on the corners and peering in close, hoping you still recognize the person you see there.

Dream as if you'll live forever, live as if you'll die today.
Firstly, the vision behind the photo is genius. it has a lot of impact. I can actually feel the person's hand reaching out for help or for helping a friends who is injured. the realism of the wounds on his face is amazing! I love what you did with the depth of field, looks very good. the colour and brightness / contrast adjustments is 60% of the photo for me, I think without the little red tint and those warm colours mixing, this would look like a totally different photo.
I think those little straws of grass or what ever this is on the ground is a bit too much, I just doesn't match.
The model in this photo also did a grate job for what I can see, I love his eye expiration, it is exactly what I would expect from a man featuring in this kind of scene.
Things that you can improve:
*I would love to see this piece in a 6:9 module, I think it will fit in perfectly here !
*I think changing the position of the text to a bit less dominant place will be good.
Overall this photo is truly amazing in its beauty and vision.
I would gladly want to see more photos like this from you! good job!
